The Cantonal Law on the Notarial Fees of 26 November 2013 establishes the maximum limit of the notarial fees.

The notary fee for public deeds concerning the establishment of mortgages and borrower’s notes and for all deeds established as legalizations the notary fee will be the following (art. 6 and 7 LN):
The notary fee, includes the information of the parties, one draft of the public deed and the notarization. The notary fee does not include the study and preparation of the files, power of attorneys, articles of associations and agreements of contribution in kind, request for authorizations, translations, execution of payments and receipt thereof, etc.
